Fried shrimp






Ingredients:

Large live shrimp 500 grams, 25 grams of cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, green onion, ginger, allspice the right amount.

Operation:

① the shrimp's head and feet to be cut off, water drained after washing.

② burning wok, the next oil, till the nine mature (the risk of smoke), deep fry the shrimp into the head of the prawn, shrimp and split within the foot, slightly floating, fish out with the colander. Filtered oil.
